It do makes a difference as Symbian platform is such an OS which creates much junk files for every task....not all files of a particular app is removed while un-installation...some files do remain in phone for which we term it as useless/junk files. These junk files slows down the performance of a phone when it gets higher. Hence we usually do a hard reset to overcome this after 2-3 months of usage. Report
