If its locked, windows doesnt detect it. . .its shows the drive in transparent icon and when we click on it, it say "please insert disk" (or sumthng like that error. . .dnt remember the exact error message)

Well on  linux it does show up . But you can still format the card in windows using command prompt.

Yeah, the gui interface of windows doesnt let users to open it or format it.

Normal users are noob at cmd interface or majority of users use windows. .linux is used in small fraction.

So this app is much useful to normal windows users

probably not...Your mmc seems to be corrupted. There will be no choice rather buy a new one if your mmc is corrupted !!!
