Use the core of 51.1.002 and Rofs2 of WP8 CFW.

my nokia 5233 is not working after flashing with wp8  apollo

my nokia 5233 is not switched on after flashing with windows8 appolo cfw it just showing nokia local mode v 51.1.002

Remove the battery and reinsert. If the problem still exists, reflash. Make sure that the files are renamed accordingly.
