[Query] is it possible to Port Android apps/games to Symbian....

In general this involves rewriting parts of code and the procent of this depends on every game/application (how it is connected to the underlying APIs). In other words creating a similar application, that imitates the original is needed for closed source aps.

Nope, you cant port android apps to symbian but can imitate it.

Android is based on linux kernel and the coding for it differs a lot with that of symbian.

but i think if we ported api and codings to match our symbian kernel.....then it will be possible....

isn't it possible to port them in lite version.or with help of qt...as said above allstar..

Nokia did a full tutorial of how to port os and android apps to symbian belle using Qt and it works nicely so yes it can be done .

can u explain me in brief...how to do..? I have qt sdk..installed..

They don't match it at all android is a linux (java) based apps and symbian is a microkernel ( C++ ) based apps just Qt is adaptive it has being done an ios game was ported over
