March 25, 201214 yr comment_24452 Ok. Here is my problem when i turn on the pc the fan starts to rotate but the monitor stays in standby mode. Even mouse and keyboard will not work. What i have done I removed the graphics card and on the computer and went to device manager and disabled integrated graphics card. Then i went to bios setting and changed onboard vga to pci.
