That's the general nature of postimage uploads. Not more than 1 person can view the image using direct link at once.

I removed that plugin from forum

I think it is forum bug as I tried with the direct link to the image posted on deviantart. Still the width and height automatically changed to 422 and 420.  I am attaching the image. That's working (Fianally!)

What should be the maximum height and width of images posted in forum ?

Width should be around 1000 pixels while height can be unlimited.
