Transparent widget bar 1. Open a theme with sis content 2. Click contents, then thempackage.skn file , then view details , then resources , add resource. 3. Enter  Major  ID 0x10005A26  & Minor  ID 0x269E - " Home screen widget button " will be added. 3a. Add attached svgb icon (widget.rar) as the image file. 4.  Major  ID 0x10005A26 Minor  ID 0x26BC -"Ivalo homescreen background widget " will be added. 4a. Add attached svgb icon (widget.rar) as the image file. 5. Close the windows and save. This will make the Home screen widget bars transparent.

the tutorial is by vizigal. . .all credits to him. Its having issue with opera mini attaching the file due to slow internet. I wil attach the file soon

I changed the heading to this one as this tutorial is only for making widget bar transparent and not the entire theme, lol.

Once you have made your theme, make your default icons version using SisContents as shown in the above tutorial.
