Here it is.. :)

Note: The font will report itself to be Segoe UI, but it is not. That happens coz I emptied the characters of Segoe UI and placed Segoe WP characters in it.  :-bd

EDIT: Rename it to S60snr... etc. etc.

Segoe WP Fonts look nice on a PC. Tested on phone. They look unprofessional :( I loved those fonts. :'(

Here you are. But remember, the fonts look very good on a PC with Windows 7. In 8, they are default.
