Hey niraj i have both phones and both are good in looks and features while sony models are known for their awesome looks ,sound quality and xperial l is equipped with exmor technology means it give you clear picture in low light (i dont think so) but in daylight the image quality is awesome...it's screen size is small as compare to quattro but everyone have it's own choice ...i'm not satisfied because sometines it hangs during games and when i restart it...

But on the other hand quattro is excellent in overall performance as it have quad processors and performance is great and user interface is smooth and screen size is big enough 4.7inch and battery back up is good..in starting battery starts draining fast but after some time it will be fine and yes sound quality is great in headphones ...with xperia l only simple hedphones are given by company but the headphones of samsung are great...so i must suggest you to buy quattro without any dilemma
