just get the arabic language pack and add it to your cfw.

or if u have any firmware that has arabic language then u cab export arabic language from that firmware and import into your cfw using NFE Std.

i added the language pack but when i flash my phone the home screen disappear and when i add just the ecom-2-0.spi PtiKeymappings_612_28.dll srsf_3_0.bin i can write in arabic but no letter appear in the keyboard thats file whic i have added it

If u can't see the letters on the keyboard then u have to add the arabic letters manually to the keyboard using Nokia Qwerty Keyboard editor.

And also your fonts need to support your language. Otherwise you have to use any unicode font.
