moders plz help me.... i was tryig to upgarde my c6-00 rm-612 via pc suite..... it successfully updated but after the update the touch of the screen doesn't work.... i thought that it might be the update problem so i've flashed with bazzara cfw but still the problem remains..... so plzzzz help me.....

Hard rest your phone, Flash with factory set ticked. When the phone is booting, never touch it for 30 minutes. Then after that, try.

i'm trying to hard reset but the codes doesn't match .............

then use hard reset via buttons................

hard reset ur phone then delete everything from Memory Card....

then flash it again............ with any cfw if problem still appeared than flash with OFW if the same than Go to Nokia Care.......:P
