August 31, 201213 yr comment_53644 i'm trying to hard reset but the codes doesn't match ............. then use hard reset via buttons................ hard reset ur phone then delete everything from Memory Card.... then flash it again............ with any cfw if problem still appeared than flash with OFW if the same than Go to Nokia Care.......
