Can I install the latest build which has been released today? CM10-20130110-NIGHTLY-mb526.zip Thank you so much you're all fantastic yes you can as all 2nd boot nightly roms are made for both defy and defy (+) phones, so it's a unified rom having a same based kernel which is inbuilt into the rom installer Sent via my Defy+

Cause you should be facing any such issues if you've followed the steps to the dot. Sent via my Defy+
January 15, 201311 yr comment_61268 Also try removing the battery once after it gets stuck at moto logo, and then try Sent via my Defy+

January 15, 201311 yr comment_61273 did you change any vsel/cpu string from bootmenu by any chance? Sent via my Defy+ No I didn't - but while I had my stock rom I had downloaded setvsel app and I had tweaked the settings ... that should have been wiped before installation no?
January 15, 201311 yr comment_61274 yes it should, just follow the steps once again, I think I've posted it a few pages back, and follow it to the word, clear all data and caches Sent via my Defy+

January 15, 201311 yr comment_61276 ok, trying now .. nothing - followed steps twice - same thing: logo then blue led then logo gone blue turns to red for a minute and then the whole cycle repeats - did I mention my starting point was android 2.2.1 on a t-mobile defy with motoblur? does that make a difference? It sucks because at the end of the rom installation it says "Welcome to Jelly Bean, enjoy!"
