You can do this easily via stylesheet

Open the file named index.css which can be found in Themes/Lagusta/css/

Search for the text:

This division wraps the entire forum when a forum width is set

There you replace this code:

width: 980px;

to

this one:

width: 94%;

(the width percentage value can be adjusted as required.)
