nope.. Smart installer doesnt work.. And i have Equilibrium cfw on nokia 5233

1st option: well for now ask anyone who's downloaded the latest Symbian SDK, it'll be there in it.

2nd option: Well thats integrating True QT Pack in ur rofs, but that also means u'll have to free up more space in the cfw, it can be done using tools like NFE & using this Nokia Firmware Cleaner Guide

    Configure browser push notifications

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
