yes possible. but u'll face lots of bugs. so better u mod the cenrep files urself according to ur needs.

i am using palkon cfw and want to dimming background when open sumthing in menu but dont know which file is for that in be9 folder

When you copy paste all the be9 folder content to another cfw, all the functions get same as that of the original be9 content cfw which you pasted.

Also, the theme will not load at startup due to difference in theme UID for both cfw. and many such other issues.
