Windows Phone 7 is a great phone but as the OS is new so it becomes difficult some times to understand the icons shown in the status bar on the top. Gilsmethod.com just deciphered windows phone 7 icons, they put together all the windows phone 7 icons in very easy and understandable manner as shown in the image below

    3. Adjust your preference.
