So Finally a Messenger is Out,It was aid to have launched Days ago But I didnt know till now.So For those Who dont Know here it is the The best Messenger :) U can even Remove the Ticker :D Just Pull the Splitting Bar Up and itz done :)

    Changed the title to "FB Messenger Beta for Windows" "FB Messenger for Windows Beta" seemed like it is a messenger only for beta version of Windows!
