No, it contains default delay timers too. 0X2 entry is icon loader latency timer. 0XB is scroll length :) Correct me if I'm wrong. The 0X2 and 0XB values are set to 0 0 to prevent pre-load and to force loading icons and thumbnails from cache. That's why gallery opens fast, but may not update the thumbnails accordingly :) Delete the PAiBtn folders inside images and you'll see :D

Anyway, a good mod nonetheless :D Recommended for a show off
