Install multi-uploader plugin, like the one in DM , which uses flash player for uploading Its very useful. . .

Hey, Nitesh.  Can you make the forum wider?  It's so narrow.  I manually adjusted the width on the cracked theme so it was wider, so I know it can be done.  I think it's look better.  Especially on widescreen monitors.
