Its an Awesome App, helps heavy downloading with Pause/Resume capabilities in any breaking Network(Especially in India )! Also acts as a Web Browser plugin. Its Free and Signed

Hey friend im not entirely sure but isn't this a paid app?? check here, if it is please remove it as your not allowed to share paid apps as its against the rules...although the file sizes are different.
