1. This Will ONLY work on a Symbian^3 (Belle) 2. You MUST have a hacked phone with Rompatcer+ installed with open4all patches. There is plenty information about this topic in the forum even without flashing your phone here http://forum.gizmolord.com/modding-section-62/symbian-hacked-again!-d-norton-secutity/msg11147/#msg11147 3 You can use attached Belle Package Installer SIS(it included Jin Hao effect). After finished installation Open Settings => Themes => General => Options => Theme Effects => On/Off. If they are already enabled turn them OFF and then back ON.After that reboot your phone. If u can't install the Belle Package Installer SIS then follow the next step. 1. Download the Theme Effect Base Package Belle. 2. Copy the files to their respective locations in C, and overwrite every existing file. 3. Copy the effects folder to mass memory (E) 4. Reboot your phone now enjoy ur belle with custom theme effect.... *To change theme effect just replace effects folder in E/effects All CREDIT goes to iExtraX7 for the base package
