This theme is Extracted by Me, From Shadow CFW by drigz

It's a DI theme,Looks nice with Anna Icons,Recommended  to use with Default Anna Icons

    I didn't know that Calibri turns out to be so good on a phone. It seems different from the Calibri font which is default font in MS Office 2010.  :-/
