Faced the same problem but downloaded sim manager app from play store and i got all my sim contacts transferred to phone so problem solved!

Bug Report: When i move my apps to SD card the icons of the apps are gone from app drawer and is replaced by a default 'no icon picture' icon but the link to app is still there. correct it in your next ROM
