bro ,see wwhen i try to transfer the file via blutooth it says this "folderr can t be transferred select specific file.." .??

seee.!! i download the file .!! on the file there was a logo of winrar (saying that it is archive of it.)when i extracted the file .!! a folder was made!!and in it contained many files .!now wich to transfer and which not...??plz help.!

it downloads games not in jar format but in rar.!!and how can i transfer this file into mobile.!! and if i extract it .!! there are so many files extracted which to transfer dont know .!!please help..?
