Download the offical Windows Media Player. Use UniExtract or WinRAR to extract it. It is an exe, nevertheless, extracting it is possible. Open the file wmp11.exe. Basically it will bypass the bootstrapper that requires you to validate Windows. It will enable you to directly install it. The screenshots below will help you understand the process in a better way.
