SO guys its very dificut to resist the stamina when a player plays with us. Sometimes the rally becoms long and u loose the point due to the stamina poimnt so here’s the tutorial to increase on court running speed.. 1.The above image dipicts an actual badminton court.. 2.The star marks are your destination… 3.The start mark on the buttom left and upper right is your first place go to the center star mark in 2 steps.. 4.Then don’t rotate your body and come to the extreme right lower or upper star mark in 2 steps.. 5.Repeat this exercise many times before playing.. 6.This will increase the spped on court in terms of picking shuttles fastly..

SO guys you saw the pic above..here i devideed the court into 3 parts 1 2 3 yup 3 segmesnts the no.1 segment is for smashing slicing and dropping… 2. Segment 2 is the prone area …Best alternative everytime if the shuttle’s hard to pick is hit in segment 3…or if u got a good height smash hard.. 3.Whenever you get a shuttle in back gallery or in segment 3..hit in the opponents segment 3 wheather its for 20 times the chain continue..you make your patience.. 4.Try to make drop whenever you want it should be close to net… 5.You can refer the situation chart too for geting rid of several hard si…

SO guys Basic or extreme when u enter in a court u must know hw to hold a badminton rackquet...! so here i'm going to teach you how to hold a rackquet.. first..! u see that base of the rackquet is like flat from 2 postions and round like from 2 positions... pics are added to elaborate what i wrote.. Flat part Round part [img width=315 height=420] SO basically for holding a rackquet you need to put your 4 fingers on the flat part and the thumb on second flat part you hav 2 choices hold from bottom(recommended)...its a little bit dificult but you should always adopt prefect things from starting itself..
